In a large bowl, add the broccoli slaw mix, onions, nuts, sunflower seeds. Break up the raw Ramen noodles and add into the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix sugar, olive oil, vinegar, and chicken flavor packets from the Ramen noodles--mix thoroughly with a spoon. Pour this mixture on top of all the other ingredients in the large bowl. Toss as you would toss a salad. Refrigerate overnight. Keep refrigerated.
