Pecan Crispies


  • 1/2 cup Crisco
  • 1/2 cup Parkay margarine
  • 2 1/2 cups dark brown Domino's sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans


In a mixer, combine Crisco, margarine and brown sugar. Add the eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients, add to the batter and blend well. Add the pecans and stir them in by hand using a spoon. Drop teaspoonsful on to greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
